Looking for a cozy, creative activity in Amsterdam? Come join our Stained Glass Painting Workshop and make a vibrant, light-catching artwork that looks like real stained glass even if you’ve never painted before.

During this guided session, you’ll paint on glass using beautiful transparent colors and simple techniques that create that signature “stained glass” effect. Expect a calm, uplifting atmosphere where you can unwind, create something truly pretty, and meet like-minded creatives.

You’ll create your own framed stained glass artwork to take home.
You’ll also get access to a big selection of outline designs to paint on the glass (so you don’t need to draw from scratch). Choose a pattern you love - florals, abstract shapes, sun/moon vibes, modern lines, and more - and make it completely your style with colors and details.

⚠️ For this workshop we use professional solvent-based glass paints. They have a noticeable smell, so we keep the studio well ventilated and provide gloves for everyone.
One of the ingredients is classified as 'possibly' harmful to an unborn child. This risk comes mainly from skin contact or accidentally swallowing the paint, not from the smell. We provide gloves but even so, we do not recommend this workshop during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

1. Bij Canvas Ateliers ligt de focus op het plezier van creëren , niet op perfectie. Onze workshops zijn begeleid, beginnersvriendelijk en ontworpen om je te laten genieten van het moment: maken, verkennen en ontdekken wat je handen allemaal kunnen.

2. Wij geloven dat we in een drukke wereld behoefte hebben aan ruimtes om te creëren, verbinding te maken en tot rust te komen . Daarom zijn onze sessies geïnspireerd op kunsttherapie : creatieve ervaringen waar je kunt ademen, je geaard kunt voelen en samen met anderen aan tafel kunt zitten. Want soms is samen creëren ook helend – op een zachte, natuurlijke manier, zonder dat je erover hoeft te praten.

3. We besteden ook aandacht aan de kleine dingen: een gezellige tafelsetting , een warme styling en doordachte details die de ruimte uitnodigend en inspirerend maken. Het is een klein en fijn momentje om even te ontsnappen aan de hectiek van de week!
